New London Inn

Perfect Upper Valley Stay From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — warm smiles at the front desk, helpful suggestions about local sights, and even a plate of cookies waiting in the evening. Every interaction during my stay was friendly and sincere. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect mix of soft and firm. I loved that housekeeping was flexible and based on guest preference. Even small things — like being able to request a cold bottle of water from the restaurant — made a difference. Booking over the phone was simple, and they offered several room options to fit my needs. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the Upper Valley — close to beautiful lakes, Colby-Sawyer College, and easy access to I-89. And if you stay, don’t skip The Elms Restaurant — the crispy brussels sprouts and grilled broccolini were both delicious! A truly comfortable, kind, and convenient stay. I’d absolutely return.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience. We stayed here for an overnight and skied at a local mountain the next day. The inn is fantastic. Great rooms and very friendly atmosphere. The best part is the local pub and restaurant. I can see why people come from all over for dinner or drinks. We loved it. Would highly recommend.

We stayed during a college visit to Colby Sawyer and were very happy with our accommodations. The location, service, friendly staff, cleanliness of the property and charming facility. This is a true, quaint New England inn and is a lovely facility. From the roaring fireplaces, to games and books, on site beverages and snacks (the scones were great!) this inn is worth the time.

My husband and I just stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding and we really really loved the place, Allison was super nice and helpful, the rooms are so cute and the beds are really comfortable. We just loved everything about this Inn . there’s a beautiful restaurant right on site, we didn’t get to eat there but the food smelled delicious. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable at the New London Inn. The room was so charming and comfortable, and was walking distance to boutique shops and cafes in town. I had excellent dinner at the Elms restaurant with excellent service from the waitress and host. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I loved staying at this historic Inn. The room was spacious and easily accessed although some stair climbing was needed, which could be difficult for some. Note that wheelchair accessibility would be difficult, and I did not see an elevator to access upper floor rooms. 24x 7 coffee bar, and breakfast was a short walk to one of the local cafes and bakeries. Two fireplaces in the lobby with seating areas for visiting.

The New London Inn is a warm , inviting & charming place to stay! Very reflective of a quaint New England Inn of its period , it offers warmth, charm, comfort & hospitality! The stafff were very accommodating to my needs & went way over & above to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend spending some quiet& relaxing time and enjoying delicious meals in The Elns restaurant on property& looking at the magnificent views from their beautiful front porch!

Just had a wonderful stay at New London Inn. The accommodations were warm, well cared for, and homey. I needed to get away from the bustle of a demanding schedule and the Inn were terrific. The staff was exceptionally accommodating to a small but important modification I needed. I ate at the Elm Restaurant and the service and food were wonderful --
